I cant fall asleep . I'm just laying here in bed feeling super guilty for not working out today..................... blaah

  1. Is this the first day that you haven't worked out? If so, you are amazingly dedicated. Your body deserves a break for a day. You're doing such a great job!

  2. I have been taking Sundays off (which Ashlee gave me permission to do ha) ... but yesterday I had no excuse not to... Ive been slacking this week..

  4. Don't allow one day's guilt to pull you off track. That little voice in your head is talking to you because it knows what you're capable of. It wants the best for you. Don't let one day affect tomorrow. Just workout extra hard tomorrow and stay focused. You can do this!

  5. Thanks everybodyyyyy! I had a good workout this morning! One of the reasons i've had trouble losing weight in the past is because after 2 weeks of doing really well at working out I just totally lose allll motivation to keep going. The next week or two will be a trying time. I'm going to make sure I meet with Ashlee at least twice next week to help me keep me on track!! Ashlee made a good point; she told me that it takes like 3 or 4 weeks to start / break a habit ... ive never made it past that point before. hopefully we will be proving this right over the next couple of weeks !
