heading to CRC . stretch & strength @ 1:15 then hardcore abs from 2:15-3 . ashlee is teaching them today!
I love Ashlee . In a personal trainer - client type of way haha. The classes were a lot of fun!! I can't believe I had never tried them before... I am going to start checking out alllll of the classes here over the next few weeks. I will definitely try out power yoga! Maybe next Tuesday! What the heck is Zumba?? I keep hearing about it but have absolutely no idea what it is...???
