"If you don't go after what you want, you'll never have it. If you don't ask, the answer is always no. If you don't step forward, you're always in the same place." Nora Roberts
Kirsty, you are a goof. It's one pound, and weight can fluctuate within a few pounds because of water weight and such. There are many factors that play into your water weight (i.e sodium intake and various bodily processes). It's not a big deal and as long as you're eating right and working out you're not really gaining weight. You have been absolutely awesome and look fabulous! You were a rockstar in class today and can't wait until Tues morning!
I loveddd your classes today! You are so funny. I wish I had tried a group fitness class before, I like em!!! I really liked the thing we did when I kept falling off the ball. I'm not being sarcastic, my butt kinda hurts, but I did really like it haha
I am glad you liked it! I think they are great too and I LOVE teaching them (almost as much as I love personal training). The more stability training we do the less you will fall off the ball :) and you know how MUCH I love balance work. The stronger your core is the more stable you are. I am SURE you have noticed a difference from the the first time we met.
Again Kirsty, you are so great and doing phenomenal!
