The greatest thing you have is the 24 hours in front of you. The past is gone; the future is distant. Today you CAN succeed. Set a goal you can achieve in the next 24 hours.

My goals for today:
  1. have a GREAT workout
  2. eat well & drink at least 70 ounces of water
  3. update blog!!
  4. post some new pics (aghh)
