    As far as goals go... Im not reallllly worried about the number on the scale, but I guess I would like to be somewhere around 120 lbs by June...

    I want to get my body fat down to somewhere around 20-24%.

    My end goal is to be looking goooood in a bathing suit. I've still got a lot of body fat to lose but by June I want to have a flat, sexy stomach with definition in my abs... I want a great butt and legs.. I have a lot of work to do in that area! I want to tone and firm up all over, and lean out a bit so that I can see some definition in my muscles. Not toooo much though, I don't want to look like a guy!

    As far as measuring goes, my trainer and I just use a tape measure! I will record the next measurement-sesh I have with Ashlee so that everybody can see exactly how to do it!
    I would recommend asking a friend to help; although I haven’t tried I think it would be a bit difficult to do alone… I recommend everyone that’s working out / losing weight to measure themselves! Although I am seeing a difference in the way my body looks and the way my clothes fit, seeing the actual change in inches is a great feeling and awesome motivation. Measuring is good too because even when the numbers on the scale aren’t changing, your body still could be getting smaller…
